Sustainable Project The tour reveals that there is a sustainable way to present animals without loss of their dignity. There is still a Good cause to keep animals (adequate) in a man made surrounding. The tour demonstrates the importance of education to save the beauty of nature ...and by the the way it is really interesting (out of a general unskilled point of view) We see the importance of taking a tour to understand the institution and that it is not (just) about earning money. We are sure that every support of this institution will also be a benefit for the people of curacao and it’s nature. On this way it is a very good example for sustainability, because it grounds on its three pillars: economical, biological and social effort. You are doing a great job - Thank You!

Very small. In need of some serious maintenance. The underwater boat was fun Having visited a lot of Sea Aquariums worldwide, we were keen to visit the one in Curaçao. On the disappointing side, the aquarium as well as the fish tanks are small. Some of them very small. The paint has bladdered off, giving the tanks the look as if you're looking at a fish swimming in a warn down swimming pool. On the positive side, the location where the aquarium is situated is beautiful. Sea Aquarium is involved with conservation. There is a sea turtle sanctuary and the outer aquariums are spacious. Especially the one where the melon sharks swim in, which is in fact a closed bay with sea water (which probably is a lot cheaper to maintain then a fish tank with salt water). There is an opportunity to swim with the fishes in the outer tanks (with the exception of the sharks, I assume) as well as some other experiences which are quite unique and interesting. Prices are steep though and personally, I would not pay money to swim or do anything with a captured dolphin. Furthermore, the dolphin show is very focussed on a American audience (including extremely loud and horrible Disney like theme music), but currently Americans are not allowed to enter Curaçao. What we liked very much, was the underwater sea boat where you can get the opportunity to watch some open ocean fishes while learning more about the various species swimming by. All explained by a very enthusiastic and knowledgable member of staff. This made the difference.

Nice aquarium We vistited the aquarium because we saw that they have flamingo which you can feed. Due to the corona crisis, we couldn't feed them. Because of that I went to swim with a dolphin. That was a magical experience. I have also done that twice in Turkey, but this was way beter. You could actually swim for 30 minutes with the animal and you get to do a few trics. The dolphin have a lot of place to swim. The other fish in the aquarium didn't have so much place wich was a little bit sad. There are a lot of shows to see which were really fun. They had a good timeline for the show so you wouldn't miss anything. We would like to recommand the aquarium, it was very fun, but after 2 hours you have seen everything.

Fun Experience, Cool Animals, and Breathtaking views I visit the Sea Aquarium every time I vacation in Curacao. Admission is $20/person, but free if you stay at the Royal Sea Aquarium Resort. The staff and trainers are very friendly and knowledgable. The dolphin and sea lion shows were great! The trainers actually let the dolphins out in the open waters as well.

Wonderful Experience! We recently visited the Curacao Sea Aquarium in Willemstad, Curacao while on a cruise. It was wonderful. The care of the animals is exceptional. They are all healthy and well-loved. We saw sea lions, dolphin, many aquariums stocked with all types of fish, turtles, flamingoes, and sharks. They offered shows on the different animals which educated us on their habitats and lives. Each show lasted about 30 - 45 minutes, and they don't overlap. One of the highlights was the Sea Lion Encounter show, which was very intimate with only 8 of us from the ship. Pictures attached. I highly recommend it for all ages.

Loved the Dolphins A wide array of activities highlighted by a dolphin show. A bit pricey but worth it. And Mambo Beach with its numerous shops and restaurants is another tourist bonus. Do it.

Geat Experience We walked here from Sunscape resort. Booked in and were offered an additional behind the scenes tour and a peek into the deep, view through the ocean lens which was worth the extra expense. After we watched the dolphin session we took the personal tour with our tour guide Stephanie. She was excellent, very knowledgeable and ininformative. She explained how they were getting away from captive sea turtles to rehabilitating injured sea turtles. How they were working with reasearch groups with underwater sealife. Stephanie took us to the sea lens peek into the deep and explained much about this feature and we even got to see the deep sea submergible pass by.
