Terrace Employee
Location: Curaçao Sea Aquarium
Job Description
The Terrace Employee is responsible for all activities related to the terrace and the catering facility within the Curaçao Sea Aquarium. The employee ensures an optimal guest experience by providing service, preparing and selling food and beverages, and performing cashier duties.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Preparing the catering establishment for the reception of guests
• Selling goods and services and processing various payment methods
• Performing cashier duties including daily closing
• Preparing simple dishes (cutting, topping, preparing)
• Carrying out cleaning activities in the kitchen and terrace
• Answering questions from guests
• Placing orders twice per week
• Conducting monthly inventory together with the Manager
• Actively contributing to a positive team dynamic

Job Requirements
• Minimum VSBO / MBO level 4 (Hospitality)
• Minimum 2 years relevant hospitality experience
• GGD-tested
• Good command of Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamentu
(Portuguese and German are a plus)
