Job Description
As a cashier you provide a fast and friendly customer service while ensuring accuracy at the sales counter. You will be operating a cash register and all the duties which correspond to this activity. You will be also responsible to take reservations and make changes and issue receipts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all park guests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate cash register by compiling printed list, and display cost of customer purchase, tax, and rebates on monitor screen and issue receipt
- Familiar with the different products that the park has to offer as well as park events to upsell guests to other service levels and offerings
- Handling money and other means of payment and checking their validity
- At end of shift, totals cash register contents shown on register tape; verifies against cash on hand and register reports with supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
- Good knowledge of languages such as, Dutch, English and Papiamentu, and Spanish is a pre!
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Trustworthy when handling money
- Minimum of two years of experience as a cashier
- Communicate with our guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Solution-oriented and works well independently
- Basic math and accounting skills to ensure accuracy
- Is representative, correct and stress resistant

Preparing Waivers for Cruise Guests:

- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or cruise line operations preferred.

As a part of Food & Beverage staff you provide a warm, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and maintained at all times, in line with our guest expectations. Descripción del puesto
El puesto de operador de acuicultura de caracol reina requiere habilidades prácticas, voluntad de aprender y la capacidad de implementar una amplia variedad de funciones necesarias para administrar correctamente una instalación de acuicultura de caracol reina. El operador llevará a cabo los protocolos establecidos para aumentar la productividad de la planta de incubación y brindará retroalimentación para aumentar la eficiencia de la carga de trabajo diaria. El operador es responsable del cuidado de los huevos, larvas y juveniles de caracol reina alojados en el criadero de caracol reina del Curacao Sea Aquarium Park. Responsabilidades clave

Habilidades y cualidades
- Diploma de escuela secundaria, mínimo VMBO. (Preferiblemente una educación completa en cuidado de animales (nivel MBO).
- Experiencia en cuidado de animales, acuarios o zoológicos.
- Conocimiento de acuarios marinos, organismos y/o ecosistemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
- Entregar puntual y ordenado trabajo.
- Creativo, enérgico, flexible, leal, realista y comprometido.
- Buenas habilidades de natación y un certificado de buceo en aguas abiertas es una ventaja.
- El solicitante debe dominar Microsoft Word, Excel y PowerPoint.
- El solicitante debe estar familiarizado con la fotografía digital básica y aplicaciones de Internet.
